This notice describes the current public website inquiry flow. Updated October 29, 2026.
What you choose to send
The project form asks for your name, email and message. Company, project need, budget range and timeline are optional. We use this information to review your request and respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Where an inquiry goes
The form submits to Web3Forms, our form delivery provider. With JavaScript enabled, after Web3Forms accepts a submission the website also attempts to save a copy in our Supabase CRM. If JavaScript is unavailable, the form can submit directly to Web3Forms without that browser-side CRM copy. Emailing us instead uses your email provider and our email service.
Services used by the site
The website is hosted on Render and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to these providers can include ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser information and requested page or asset. Their handling is described in the Render privacy policy, Web3Forms privacy policy, Supabase privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
Browser storage
The administrative area uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and the selected display theme. Public visitors do not need an account to contact us.

Contact hello@chollaautomation.com with a question about information you have sent, or to request a correction or deletion. Tell us which inquiry you mean without adding sensitive information. We will review the request and explain what we can do, including any records that need to be retained.
